Our work emphasizes success in STEAM from middle school to college to career through these powerful programs.
Our mission is to inspire students from low-income communities to access their creativity and harness technology, generating lifelong success through personal growth, exceptional educations and state-of-the-art careers. A skilled, diverse and inclusive workforce is an industry priority and an equity imperative.
Foundations
To scale, we teach the teachers—nationally (and even globally—Hello, India, Canada and the U.K.!). With developer software partnerships and innovative pedagogical practices, we ensure teachers promote confidence in the Computer Sciences among historically-underrepresented communities.
After School + Summer Programs
We teach the art and technology of digital game development through computer science, coding, animation, music and storytelling nationwide in schools, after school, virtually and at our Learning Lab in New York City.
College Access
We provide top-tier college-access services and ensure our students earn the maximum in scholarships. Our students have earned $25M in scholarships since 2017.
Career Preparation
We connect our students and alumni to mentorships and internships at leading media and technology companies, generating access and exposure for a new diverse talent pipeline.
Gaming Pathways
With NYC Mayor Eric Adams and The City University of New York, we’ve launched the first ever, 4-year, public-option Digital Game Design degree to provide underrepresented students accessible STEAM pathways. It’s tech—without debt.
Our students are
